1.Excellent communication skills and a team player
2.Excellent consulting and presentation Skills
3.Expertise at key client stakeholder relationship building
4.8-10 years of HCM strategy and HCM business/process transformation work
5.8-10 of systems integration and implementation in the HCM Space
6.8-10 years of process transformation using PeopleSoft HCM 8.9, 9.0, 9.1 (MUST HAVE) as an enabler
7.5+years of PeopleSoft full-suite of HCM Modules
8.8-10 years in project management leading HCM initiatives
9.Consulting experience with a Big 4 in HCM strategy and transformation is desirable
10.Experience in enabling and managing change
11.Facilitation in designing, planning and executing workshops
12.Expert with best-in-class process models
