•Should have a strong IT experience of about 15 + years
•Complete knowledge of Software test life cycle and test processes
•Should have very good experience in HP products especially in HP ALM 11.0
•Implementation and customization experience of HP ALM
•Thorough experience of Quality center , QTP
•Good knowledge of Metrics collection and reporting
•Experience in conducting trainings
•Good understanding of Global delivery model
•Good experience of working in finance domain.
•Excellent communication skills
•Team management experience preferred
•Certification from HP is preferred
