Description : |

• Ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of the client Active Directory, authentication and name resolution systems
• Manage, support, optimize and document client Active Directory, Certificate Authority and DNS systems
• Provide 3rd-level technical support to end-users and IT personnel
• Adhere to corporate policies and procedures
• Automate tasks and processes by utilizing scripts or appropriate tools
• Forecast, manage and monitor capacity of systems and services
• Implement and follow applicable industry best practices
• Maintain, validate and optimize disaster recovery readiness and procedures
• Provide recommendations or strategies to increase reliability and availability
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management
