Computer Science or EE degree; 2-5 years providing external client technical service in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
Practical knowledge of backup hardware and software including Symantec, NetBackup and EMC Networker Proven experience with Windows server operating systems, including NT, 2000, 2003, and 2008; certifications a plus.
Knowledge of backup and archive of Microsoft Exchange, Oracle and SQL databases a plus.
Ability to develop scripts to automate backups.
Experience with optimizing existing backup solutions, upgrade the above backup solutions. |
