5+ years core server side java programming experience
8-10 years development experience
Linux/Unix knowledge and comfortable developing in that environment
Strong SQL ability

Familiarity with N-Tier/Distributed Architectures
Motivated and self sufficient
Communicates clearly and effectively
Bonus:
