The role is an enterprise data architect level. Someone who can come up with guidelines for teams. Broad based thinking, exposure to data architecture. Communication and presentation skills are critical, they will be meeting with Sr Management people. This person will support teams in the everyday needs at an application level, making sure guidelines are being followed. Someone who can push back when necessary. Hands on experience doing a small proof of concept, figuring out a design pattern. Exposure to data modeling and understanding the requirement.
They are using Shareplex right now and also Oracle Exadata. They are looking at other tools also
