1. Engineering mindset with hands on programming experience.
2. Knowledge of Web technologies.
3. Java programming experience (as a tester).
4. JUnit, Selenium RC and Selenium Webdriver experience (not just IDE/record & play).
5. Experience (Manual) testing Web and Native applications on the Android, IOS device platforms.
6. Experience with Source code control systems: SVN/GIT
7. Knowledge of UNIX and SQL.
8. Experience working in an Agile team environment.
