| |
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Masters Degree in CS or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience with Business Architecture in healthcare or financial industry and have strong to advanced technology background.
• 8-10 years experience with healthcare systems applications, and architecture design.
• The ability to interface across several channels, acting as a visionary, to assist, proactively in developing project direction.
• Strategic thinking and leadership with strong abilities in relationship management.
• Must possess the qualities, skills, business acumen, experience, and discipline to ensure business and systems architecture alignment.
• Strong knowledge and demonstrated ability to manage SDLC processes.
• Demonstrated awareness of new systems technologies and how they could be leveraged to benefit the company, customers and providers, new business strategies and corporate initiatives.
• Excellent analytical, planning, and communication skills.
• Extensive experience with Process/Data Modeling and gathering data in helping develop Strategic Roadmaps.
• Experience with multi-system/platform program integration.
• Must be self motivated and able to work independently.
