Job Description: Domain Area: Oracle HRMS Techno Functional
• Relevant Experience: 7 years+
• Total Experience: 10 yrs+
• Skill Sets: Oracle HRMS – Sub modules Core HR, Payroll, OTL and OAB. Technical – Oracle PL/ SQL, form & reports
Skills:
o Should possess good functional knowledge of Oracle HRMS (EBS) R12.Should have in-depth knowledge of the following sub modules Core HR and Payroll and working knowledge of Time and labor and Advanced Benefits
o Should have completed at least 2 implementation cycles in Oracle HRMS.
o Should have working knowledge of basic technical skills especially PL/SQL.
o Should be able to understand and articulate business specifications with both business teams as well and technical team.
o Should be able to do a fit gap analysis of as vs. to be and recommend industry recommended best practices
o Must have excellent Client Interfacing and Management skills
