Description : |
| |
Builds business activity and employee scheduling models, compares cases, and prepares results for presentation to the customer
- Works directly with appropriate Services personnel to understand project concept, objectives and approach
Application Support:
- Answers customer calls and emails and assists with user application issues
- Documents any problems with the application and reports them to the Development team
Required Skills:
- BA degree in business or related field. Equivalent work experience considered.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in business analysis
- Proven ability to develop, document and maintain operational policies and procedures, including the designing and documenting detailed process flows, and the development of operational performance and quality metric standards and reports
