The person needs to have 4-5 years of large ecommerce experience with exposure to key processes like shopping cart, catalogue, promotion, and rewards for at least two implementations.
Big retail brand experience will be a plus.
Tech stack is ATG oracle and endeca though a different tech stack is ok too as long as the person has tremendous experience.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills and experience of working with business is must have.
