• Experience with OpenText modules: Enterprise Connect ,RM, PO & Classifications, eLink, Email archiving
• User and group administration via Livelink users and groups as well as Microsoft Active Directory
• LiveReport and WebReport creation and deployment experience
• Oracle SQLPLUS query experience
