•Responsible for running multiple account portfolios in an MSP/VMS environment
•Competing in a vendor pool of 15 to 30 prime vendors at major clients
•Responsible for Customer Relationships at the MSP Level and driving Customer Delight mentality in team members. Act as an Escalation point of contact for customers
•Strong understanding of Technology / IT Engineering staffing
•Good understanding of MSP and VMS landscape
