Monitor management consoles and emails for alerts
2. Follow established procedures for troubleshooting and escalation
3. Execute scripts and commands specified in the troubleshooting procedures
4. Escalate issues to SMEs and supervisors based on established procedures
5. Follow up with SMEs to ensure resolution of issues
6. Document all activities diligently as specified
7. Work in different shifts to provide 7x24 coverage
