At least 4 years of SAP CRM experience
• At least 1 project with team Lead experience, handling team size of 4-5
• CRM 7.0, Web UI programming experience MUST
• Experience in BOL/GENIL programming, component, view enhancement
• Good understanding of CRM One order. Extensive experience working on CRM BADI's
• Must have Interaction center experience
• Good to have Ehp 1 or 2 upgrade experience
• Technical Experience working in modules Sales and service
• Middleware enhancement and troubleshooting experience
• IDOC development & monitoring
