10 + years of SDET experience overall blended with Lead experience
Good exposure to C#.Net, WCF, SQL
Good hands on experience in BizTalk server
Exposure to CCPM planning, Project planning
Proficient in planning, writing, and executing test specifications and Test Plans
Should be well versed in SDLC(Software Development Life Cycle) and SCRUM or similar Agile implementation methodologies and with a solid track record of meeting SIT milestones on time
Excellent exposure to backend testing and White box testing
Experience writing solid bug reports and analysis
Excellent testing knowledge & ability to use latest testing technology and standards
Proven sense of high accountability and self-drive to take on and see through big challenges
Confident, takes ownership, willingness to “do what it takes” to get the job done
Strong quality & risk quantification & management skills
Excellent verbal communications and cross group collaboration skills
Great problem solving skills and high intellectual horsepower
