| |
Supports writing and design work for day-to-day social/emerging media projects. Works with Digital Media Strategist to set prioritizations. Adheres to design/content usability standards for all content and design. Effectively and efficiently communicates day-to-day project status to internal team specifically Digital Media Strategist - as necessary. Follows all documented processes for day-to-day social/emerging media content and design.
Supports the writing of standard operating procedures (SOPs), governance models, requirements and testing scripts, as directed, as well as other needed documentation for all social/emerging media projects.
Develops design elements and components, including photos, graphics, icons as needed to support management of day-to-day social/emerging media activities.
Supports all aspects of social/emerging media initiatives including contest coordination, follow up communication, daily posts, among other day-to-day tasks. Tracks and reports on analytics related to social/emerging media initiatives to demonstrate effectiveness of project, as well as to help support future direction of social/emerging media initiatives and scope
