  Job Description :
  •Provide leadership and strategic direction for Business call Centers, Training, Quality Assurance, Staffing, Measures and Metrics.

•Should oversee and responsible for delivery of BPO operations from Cary center.

•Responsible for client governance, client interaction and deliver / improve operational performance improvement

•Responsible for recruitment, training, coaching and management of resources.

•Manage the Measures and Metrics internally and externally for the entire care organization

•Direct a team responsible for training at all call centers and ensure that such training complies with UAM curriculum delivery and standards.

•Lead a team that monitors and measures the quality of the caller experience, at all call centers, to ensure they maintain quality standards in line with UAM’s business direction, regulatory and CMS STARS rating measurements.

•Manage a team that ensures staffing levels and schedules are in place and accurate to the support the call volume if Members and Providers.

•Manage the Measures and Metrics internally and externally for the entire care organization.

•Conduct formal evaluations of Training and Quality programs to measure effectiveness and support continuous improvement.

•Complies with all guidelines established by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) and guidelines set forth by other regulatory agencies, where applicable, and defined in the Universal American Corporate and department policies.

•Reports in to Head of BPO operations
