| |
BA #1 will be assigned to the provider training cross functional work group to support all topics regarding Provider.
This will include supporting the business leads for provider training with all aspects of workgroup tracking, documenting key action items, monitoring project plans, and actively interacting with team participants to close tasks and actively communicate gaps, remediation steps and final deliverables. Ideally these resources need to have a data analytics mindset, experience with vendor relationship management and must have strong provider network subject matter expertise.
The team will support development of data driven solutions for provider data including provider contracting, credentialing, provider maintenance loads, and support efforts to create robust provider directories with integrated data from subcontracted vendors and ultimately downstream feeds to the online provider directory.
This team will interact with the provider network management department to support contracted rates, configuration of provider agreements and support connections to the provider portal and communicate with corporate provider network staff regarding educations needs for provider to support seamless user experiences for our members
