| |
The ideal candidate will be team oriented and responsible for supporting a high volume of Retirement account and payroll transactions and reconciliations from the clients’ member population. The qualified individual will provide transaction support/review/verification assistance to the clients’ personnel in support of Payrolls, plan enrollment and distribution transactions. The candidate will also work closely with other units within the Operations team to quickly resolve any issues to prevent potential loss, mitigate risk and help provide top tier customer service in relation to handling the transaction volume. This individual will be responsible for taking independent actions and following regulatory guidelines, along with specific Operating procedures to ensure compliance with the Operations governance protocols. The candidate must meet predetermined productivity and quality goals, as well as ensure departmental service level metrics are met. |
