Role: Functional Consultant.
Required Skills:
Kronos 6.2, MS office/Excel, SQL
Preferred Skills:
able to analyze data, configure and test Kronos rules application
Responsibilities/Expected Deliverables:
a) configure Shift Differential premiums
b) configure Call Pay premium
c) Analysis of the above two items (over a quarter time frame) to provide discussion points with their eligible employee staff who would be affected. They need to notify employees 45 days before the change. That notification would be on Monday, Aug 5th . The notification would identify the change, its financial impact to employees, the rationale etc.
Job would be to help with (c) and configure/test (a) and (b) for roll out in September payroll cycle.
