Business Systems Analyst
As a Business Systems analyst, you will work with a technical or operational team with many internal and cross functional relationships.
The Business Systems Analyst will be a liaison in communicating with users, team members, and internal stakeholders.
Communication is not limited to presentations or email, but also policies, procedures, and formal newsletters.
Business Systems Analyst link business, process, data, and technology.
Responsibilities:
Documentation and analysis of current and future processes/systems.
Facilitation of meetings to elicit requirements from various stakeholders.
Utilizes analytical skills in the creation of detailed business and/or functional requirements.
Assists in managing projects (levels of projects vary on level of BSA), leads appropriate resources and
determines project requirements and deliverables, to ensure successful implementations to meet user needs.
Assists in introducing new concepts and business processes.
Reviews software and systems modifications to ensure successful implementation.
Build business processes (documents using Visio, MS Project, or PowerPoint when applicable)
Interfaces with users, vendors and internal staff with minimal supervision to achieve project goals and initiatives.
