Sr. Business Analyst - BA#2 - Sr. Business Analyst -participates in the planning, development, and implementation of Medicare strategic projects.
Principal Accountabilities:
The Senior BA #2 must have 5 to 8 years of hands-on Medicare experience. BA#2 will be assigned the overall training cross functional work group where they will be responsible for supporting all aspects of training across the projects including development of training materials, desk level procedures, policies and procedures with guidance from the business leads.
This project manager and business analyst will be critical to the project and will need to be acutely aware of all other work group activities and understand and anticipate the training materials that will be needed to run successful operations.
This project manager will ideally have operations and training experience in enrollment and claims areas, will need to have a strong technology comfort level and will need to be able to balance big picture understand will an eye toward details required to support creation of training materials that will communicate the business processes and procedures to front line processing staff. This training team will be expected to learn technology applications to support the development of training.
Ideally this team will have significant training experience and technical writing experience. This team will support the sales and marketing workgroup teams and will be involved with all fulfillment items
