Description : |
| |
•7 - 10 years of testing experience in a software organization including test planning, test development, test reviews, and defect management.
•Experience in managing & leading large QA Automation teams
•Strong expertise with Mobile Testing with Perfecto Mobile
•Hands on experience with perfecto mobile cloud and deployments
•Hands on experience of testing with different mobile devices and deployment of applications on devices
•Hands on experience in establishing test strategy for mobile platforms in mobile cloud (preferably with perfecto)
•Experience in planning efforts and test scripts/conditions.
•Experience in adapting to testing processes and provide inputs for test process improvements
•Communicate risks and able to suggest mitigation to senior management
•Strong mentoring abilities and team management skills
•Good verbal and written communication skills
•Strong behavioral and inter-personal skills.
•Strong client facing and communication skills (both verbal and written)
•Understanding of project management knowledge areas, quality processes and process groups.
•Good to have automated testing using tools like QTP, Loadrunner/Jmeter, and other tools.
•Passionate to explore different tools available in testing industry
