Job Responsibilities: • Provide leadership and direction to the development team. • Lead status meetings with the development and management teams. • Resolve issues and challenges associated with a project. • Provide estimates for planning and technical direction for the management team and the client. • Work with the management team to track daily progress and identify risks for the project. • Provide support to the client release teams during the QA cycles. • Support the Software Engineers with coding when required. Skills and Experience Required: Mandatory Skills: • 7+ years VB6 • 4 years Oracle, PL/SQL • 3 years VBScript or JavaScript • 1 year Filenet (highly desired) • Experience with reverse engineering code. Desired Skills: • 3 years J2EE • 2 years XML, XSLT Soft Skills: • Client facing; Executive level communication skills (written and verbal communication) • Problem solver • Self starter • Work until the problem is solved (not 9-5) Industry Experience: • Healthcare / PBM a must • Professional Services |
