Description : |
| |
Provide project management expertise to the ERP program, project team and stakeholders to facilitate achievement of project objectives. • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables; identify, manage and mitigate project risks. • Establish time-lines and project management plans according to the needs of the project. • Facilitate project costing, spend management, roadmap development and deliverables. • Ownership on development of project presentations and communications. • Provide status and reporting according to established governance guidelines to all stakeholders. • Facilitate the use of a common project management methodology through the use of common language, tools and best practices. • Drive project deliverables to completion.
Skills and Experience Required: • BA/BS Required • Resourceful problem solver who possesses creativity and who is a committed hands-on project manager • Managing mid to large scale cross functional projects experience • Managing and implementing ERP projects is a must • Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills as well as excellent written/oral communication skills • Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization • Strong business sense and professional presence • Ability to work independently and to drive work to completion • Commitment to excellence and willingness to work hard in a demanding environment • Ability to work with diverse teams across multiple disciplines within the organization • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
