Description : |
| |
•Monitor KPC or State Exchange integration related Sev 1 or 2 production issues for tracking & communications.
•Track Production issues (KP, KPC & State Exchange integration related issues).
•Coordinate & support Issue analysis & triage, impact & prioritization with Business, IT, Regions & KPC teams.
•Facilitate / participate & document resolutions and root causes for cross-functional issues.
•Engage IT support resources to address connectivity or infrastructure issues across KP systems integrating with KPC & State Exchanges.
•Coordinate Patch Release planning with impacted IT teams, Regions & Business teams.
•Track resolution (short-term/long-term) & Testing with impacted IT teams, Regions & Business teams.
•Ensure (or support) Release & SOX approvals for Patch Releases.
•Communicate & coordinate Production deployments (upstream/downstream systems, business)
•Create & report out on overall metrics.
•Support transition & tracking of Production issues & decisions for the Change Request pipeline.
•Communicate & coordinate Production outages / downtimes with Business team, KPC, State Exchanges, Regions & IT support teams.
•Support Business on SLA monitoring. Communicate & plan for any key spikes in processing events.
