Explaining scientific/technical ideas in simple language.
- Meeting with customer representatives/vendors/technical staff to establish technical specifications.
- Creating user documentation for a variety of material --> including how-to guides and instruction manuals.
- Ensuring the technical verbiage is easy to understand by the layperson.
- Prepare charts/graphs/forms to go along with rough drafts.
- Write clear and concise policies/procedures.
Strong communication skills are also required. ITIL knowledge would be ideal and pharmacy or manufacturing experience is also desired.
