•Candidate should possess strong Insurance domain experience, particularly in Claims area.
•Handle multiple testing tracks at the same time with different portfolio teams.
•Excellent communication and client stakeholder management experience.
•Should have hands on experience in leading Testing teams working in different locations (Onsite and Offshore).
•Provide strategic direction to team, setup and track KPIs and SLA’s at project and portfolio level.
•Knowledge of Automation will be plus.
•Should be self-driven person possess strong interaction skills with Business users of customer.
