| |
Must have proven experience designing and developing security solutions, including App to App, Web and Mobile Application Security. Must be well-versed in application security concepts such as: Policy Information Points, Policy Decision Points, Policy Enforcement Points, Policy Administration, rules engines, performance considerations (like caching PIP data, and decisions), entitlements management, and XACML - Prefer familiarity with IBM Tivoli Security Policy Manager, Axiomatics, and Oracle Entitlements Server
- Must have a solid understanding of the fine-grained authorization issues for both custom and packaged applications. Must have proven experience designing and developing fine grained authorization solutions. Experience enabling authorization in a Service Oriented Architecture will be a plus.
- Must proactively explore new and emerging technologies, synthesize recommendations, and be experienced in influencing stakeholders and leadership of the benefits to Client, guiding broader adoption.
- Must have demonstrated designing and delivery of scalable and distributed applications
- Must have strong presentations/verbal communications skills and the ability to train and mentor other technologists. Experience writing standards, cookbooks, and best practices on development topics.
- Must communicate effectively with developers, stakeholders, peers, and leadership driving results and action.
- Must have strong business acumen and the ability to identify key issues and their impact in a broad business context. Candidate must be able to translate technology into business terms and value, with a history of influencing and improving business solutions |
