Experience with Cisco VoIP (SRST, QSIG, T1, etc¿) connectivity to PSTN support
Experience with following Telephony protocols: MGCP, SIP, H323
Experience with Monitoring tools: Netscout, Splunk.
Experience with CVP (Cisco Voice Portal) platform environment
Experience with managing complex projects involving clear and précised Documentation
Experience with supporting large scale Voice production and backup environments
IP network fundamentals
Experience with multiple distributed operating system platforms
