Ensure project timelines are met using effective time management skills
- Follow up with clients on project questions and concerns
- Work cross functionally with other teams on project implementation
- Schedule and conduct online software training using WebEx/GoTo Meeting/LMS
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of several training projects
- Log, resolve, and escalate issues in a timely fashion
- Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and build client relationships
- Keep up to date on healthcare regulatory requirements
- Offer feedback, suggestions, and input to the team
- Assist other teams when needed
