Design messages for different channels (Email, Chat, Mobile Devices, Web etc)
« Quality Control of the existing designs and peer checking
« Suggest controls and new workflow designs
Experience:
« Greater than 4+ years experience in designing the messaging interface
« Customer relation management is a must
« Knowledge of CRM around the BFSI products
« Prior experience in sales and marketing is an added advantage.
Experience in Content Management in BFSI domain is strongly preferred
