Create SOPs, Work closely with internal clients to identify scope, objectives, and approach of project.
• Design and develop performance objectives.
• Design and develop facilitator and participant materials
• Use adult learning principles and accelerated learning principles into course design.
• Design realistic practice exercises, role plays, case studies, games and simulations.
• Develop and maintain online reference information.
• Create eLearning modules with Captivate software
• Develop and conduct Train the Trainer sessions.
• Develop evaluations that are linked to the performance objectives.
• Develop and maintain process flows and procedures where appropriate.
• Develop templates and forms to support process flows and procedures when required.
• Manage client expectations regarding project
