4 plus years of application support experience troubleshooting 2nd line application support issues from customers and prioritizing requests.
- Strong working knowledge of Linux and/or Unix (command line level knowledge). Functional knowledge of how to get around in a Linux / Unix is critical to the this role. t.
-Working knowledge of SQL (scripts) and the ability to create ad-hoc SQL queries to the database.
-Familiar with general IT infrastructure - hardware, databases, operating systems
-Experience in a customer facing role (within IT)
-Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
