| |
Executes customer service requests within the processes, policies, and procedures established by NMCI Enterprise Field Services
- Ensures customer service effort is precisely documented in Remedy/HP Service Manager.
- Responsible for the repair and maintenance of printers, monitors, scanners and hardware.
- Responsible for loading new software and systems and on existing computer systems.
- Repair computer systems on site for customers and document troubleshooting resolutions.
- Observe the working of all computer/printer assets and identify the defects/shortcomings in performance; replace new parts ensuring minimum downtime for customers.
- Order and track warranty parts replacements for systems via HP Service Manager.
- Inform Queue Manager of unusual or new problems, especially if multiple occurrences exist.
- Work with networking specialists to coordinate moves, changes or break-fix.
