AEPS Virtual Help Desk
Feature rich customer facing application that supports the spans the entire support process.
Updating AEPS to be 508 (Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act) compliant.
Primary responsibilities were usability, graphics development, and application development. Also enhanced and produced feature-rich video to assist in the marketing of this product.

PSS provides fulfillment and consumer response transcription services.
Webmaster
Webmaster with overall responsibility for sites online presence. Our web strategy included initiating a brochure-ware site (using HTML/Photoshop), which provided customers with information about PSS products and services. Site also featured and an “online” tour of our company, processes, employees and facilities.
A “members only” section was setup for clients/employees to log in, order online fulfillment packages using a basic e-commerce package (online credit verification and processing) and deliver an online reporting tool for our clients.
Other tasks included development of call center data-entry programs using Visual Basic (4/5/6) and linked to internal data sources. The data was then extracted using customized reporting tools and used for order processing and order fulfillment.
Also, provided desktop support for a 200-station call center. Assisted Network Administrator with cable management, system program management and general maintenance of a local area network (LAN). Installed other software, hardware and rebuilds for desktops as required
