· Administered an international $50 million SAP 4.6 implementation. Insured that a team of 170 consultants, contractors, and full-time employees responsible would be able to delivery a system on time, within budget, and with additional scope as well as the conversion and integration of legacy systems (Infinium/AS400, Oracle Apps, SAP 4.0). The Beyond 2000 (B2K) project established corporate systems throughout North American, European, Asian, and South American operations and laid the foundation for future systems growth and integration. The project included the implementation of FICO, EC-CS, SD, BW, HR, and FA, the definition and installation of five R/3 systems, and selection of hardware.
