of the structural assembly using production

Resource planning and allocation (man-machine
chart), scheduling of assembly stages.
Leading from the front a team of 120 skilled &
semi skilled technicians and handling independent
charge of aircraft structural modules.
Build up of spare part and other assemblies for
export to world leaders like BOEING-USA,
AIRBUS-France and British Aerospace-U.K.
Independently handling major structural
modifications in Jaguar, and PTA aircrafts.
Coordinating with design agency for document
preparation and methodizing of production.
Preparation of schedules of projects, Manpower
planning and assembly production schedules in
coordination with Top Management.
Planning of normal production and Modifications
& Repairs, in coordination with Production
engineering & scheduling group.
