Automation Division, Mahape

Description: e-Gas Station (Hardware - Software) -
Software we are using is Polaris, Sirius &
Orion. These are not a programming language. They
are installed in PC to provide reports regarding
customer's name, quantity & amount of fuel,
customer's vehicle number etc. Polaris, Sirius &
Orion are connected to the dispensers (Petrol
Pumps). Tank Gauging System is used as hardware -
software that determines the tank Level
measurement i.e. how much fuel is present, was
present etc. Printer is connected to PC that
prints the receipt of each customer. In this way,
customer gets satisfied with this type of
automation.

WORKING EXPERIENCE:

Responsibilities handled are:
1) Maintaining QA-QC documents.
2) Review of documents.
3) GRN release & basic in SAP.
4) Checking all vendor invoices.
5) Site co-ordination.
6) Vendor co-ordination for QC documents.
7) TPI co-ordination for Inspection Release Note.
8) Maintaining Status of the documents.
9) Maintaining Codes & Standards.
10) Maintaining records of instruments.
