* Work with end-users, business analysts, IT leads and developers
in analyzing business requirements and translating requirements
into functional and technical design specifications and writing
them in the form of use cases.
* Define and enhance software development and configuration
management processes. Assist in visual modeling.
* Analyze and design comprehensive and efficient tests and test
implementation strategies for various projects.
* Create, configure and execute test scenarios. Report bugs and
coordinate bug closing. Generate graphs and reports.
* Develop detailed test plans from use cases and specifications.
Write and execute test cases.
* Assist clients with unit/integration/functional/system/
regression/load/user acceptance/multiplatform testing.
* Assist clients in test automation for black box as well as
white box testing.
* Develop validation test suites to dramatically improve the
timeliness and robustness of software releases.
* Deploy productivity tools: bug tracking, requirements and
analysis, visual modeling, configuration management, test
automation, regression testing, load testing, timing analysis,
code coverage and project management.
* Assist & coach developers & testers in following software
development, testing & release engineering best practices.
