• Currently, working on Network Inventory and Service Environment-Core(NISE-C) application to Support design, assign, and provisioning implementation steps for provisioning of the inter-city private line, Backbone, and Global Network services, and SONET/SDH equipments. Goal of this application is reduce time to order and establish data and voice lines. Early defect tracking is the key for project success since it impacts over 26 millions of retail and business customers. Playing key role as a one of senior QA lead to provide hands on testing, measurements, quality initiatives, testing plans, release management and oversight on the project. Responsible for regression and stress test coordination and analysis, that will provide project insight to senior and technical management. The application is developed using Java, C++, C, CORBA, and Oracle in UNIX environment.
• QA lead responsible for application aggregator called Service Now Transport (SNOW-T) supporting Several AT&T applications (NSA, TOPAS, NET, and SNOOPER). This platform directly impacts the end customers of AT&T and considers business critical. SNOW-T is a web based multi tiered platform which contains JSP front-end, SUN Servers, HP/UX servers, INFORMIX/ORACLE databases, TCP/IP, CORBA, and various HP Products. Delivered and managed establishment of test environments, Functional Requirements review, High–level design documents, development of system test plans over 700 work efforts. Regression and stress testing was done and coordinate among several groups around the country. Provided training and mentorship to junior and senior QA associates. Received numbers of awards in the area of quality testing of the platform.

Responsibilities included review of requirements, design and development of test cases (STTS) and Customer Acceptance Test Plan (CATP). Produced implementation plan of testing environment, regression test result and weekly metrics for senior management. Enhanced quality of the product by daily reviewing logged defect findings and working closely with developers, customers, and system engineers. Improved testing efficiency by developing/enhancing automated test cases for server utilities using UNIX SHELL script, GUI testing using Silk, and wrote PL/SQL scripts to facilitate database testing.

Designed, developed and enhanced an interface simulator using CORBA/C++ on multi tier client/server platform. Maintained Remote Measurement System simulator and testing tool developed using C/UNIX. Worked closely with developers, system engineers and the external test team to plan, develop, and execute the QA test in order to complete and certify each release. Responsible for overall Quality Assurance plans and standards and specifications to ensure optimum quality for the client/server platform. Testing responsibilities included user interface, application functionality, database inquiries, and external interface testing. Platform technologies included GUI, internet/web, WinRunner, LoadRunner, SUN web server, mix of HP/UX servers, INFORMIX, ORACLE , TCP/IP, CORBA, application Servers, and many integrated HP Products.

Designed, developed, and implemented integrated software package for Clinical Laboratories. This package was designed to assist in cost analysis, laboratory utilization, productivity, and overall tracking of laboratory information. The package was developed using PARADOX/PAL on a NOVELL network environment. Developed a client/server application prototype for the new LMS Using VB/MS Access. Also responsible for software quality/performance enhancement and testing of interface package.
