This effort included performing an analysis of all Cobol/DB2 and Focus programs, clists, ispf panels and JCL. Managed an offshore team in the programming effort as well as an onshore team in the system testing. Established system performance benchmarks and test requirements. In another assignment led a mainframe to client server development effort to extract data from a Focus database environment to a client/server VB/C++ /PLSQL, Oracle environment.
