My Role:
• Dealing with different types of queries in application at the different branches with respect to FINACLE
• Attaining oral on IP Phone and written calls locked on Helpdesk(HP – Open view) by branches and give right solution within TAT specified by the HEWELETT PACKARD LIMITED (HP)
• Keeping records of the solution given to the user at Branch
• Escalated queries to the next level within less time period
• Providing training to new joiners related to Finacle modules
Job responsibilities are:
Handling all queries related to following topics in the FINACLE application
• Account opening and closure i.e. Saving, Current ,Overdraft, Cash credit ,Deposits
• Secured and unsecured loans
• User id creation of FINACLE
• Transactions related to cash and transfer
• Clearing i.e. Inward clearing and Outward clearing, returns, rejections etc.
• Direct/Indirect Taxes, Sales tax, PPF, Pension payment etc.
• Account statements and various reports/scrolls
• Clarifications and verifications of Interrelated topics/transactions
• Inventory movement
• Loans and Advances
• Centralized clearings
• Demand Draft ,Pay order issue and payment
• Rules and policies
• RTGS (Real Time Gross Settlement)
• NEFT (National Electronic Fund Transfer)
• JETCL( upcountry cheque clearings)
• TDS Management and Remittance to RBI
• Trade Finance – Inland and Foreign Bill Maintenance
