am looking for a roommate for my 1200 sq. ft., 2 bed 2 bath fully furnished condo in Bellevue. The room is large, has a big closet and is furnished with computer hutch, computer chair, nightstand, bed, bookshelf, full size mirror, and a stand. You will have your own bathroom.

The condo is located on 156th Ave NE walking distance from Microsoft. Bus stop is right outside the complex and you get direct buses to Microsoft, T-Mobile, Bellevue and Seattle downtown.

Rent is $700 monthly. This includes cable, water and trash. Electricity and internet is extra and divided by two. The electricity + internet would be about $50 in summer and $70 in winter per person.

Assigned parking spot is available.

Move in Feb 1. You can start with a 3 month lease and then go on from there if we need to extend.
