It is a newly renovated condo and is very clean.

You will get your own bed room and bath. (unless you want to share it with someone else)

Current Lease is valid till Jan 2012.

Your rent will be $650 per month (Water/Sewage included) and $500 Security deposit. ($1300 rent and $1000 security deposit)

Prefer vegetarians, but don’t mind as long as you don’t cook meat in the house
