Bolly-cardiate is Bollywood dance cardio plus meditation. Do you want to work out and have fun at the same time? Well then, welcome to Bolly-cardiate!! It provides you with the opportunity to have a total body workout while dancing to the latest tunes of Bollywood music and de-stress with breathing exercises. This is a beginner's level program to exercise your body and mind with a smile. The program consists of twenty minutes of Bollywood dance cardio followed by twenty minutes of Meditation. A good cardio prepares your body and mind to settle down for meditation. Of course, a warm-up session to prepare your body to dance and some core workouts make it a complete fitness program.
