Sanvy Systems, Inc. is an IT consulting firm based in Seattle, Washington. We are growing, and we are seeking outstanding people to grow with us! We now have an opening for a Technical Recruiter. This position requires a self-motivated individual with a desire to grow. A successful candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills. Previous experience/exposure to the IT staffing industry is a PLUS. Excellent computer and telephone skills are also required. Fresh College Graduates will be considered.
Minimum Required Skills/Competencies:
**Proven expertise in managing the recruitment lifecycle, particularly the sourcing and
closing of professional IT candidates
** Experience in building a strong database of candidates.
**Ability to multi-task
** Hands on experienced in negotiating on rates, contracts and agreements etc.
**Experience with recruiting a diverse background of IT Professionals
**Must be very proficient using Word, Excel, and Outlook
**Expertise with Internet and Job Board sourcing methods preferred
** Experience with cold calling, networking and prospecting
** Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment.
** Self-starter with excellent organization and communication skills
