Drive working sessions with Business Intelligence Engagement Managers to transform business requirements into effective and efficient solutions utilizing Data Mart architecture. Using his/her in-depth understanding of the technology landscape to recommend the best solutions that address the needs.
Prioritize recommended solutions based on high-level business cases, requirements and Gap/ROI analysis, while balancing short- and long-term objectives across the Consumer Tax Group and the Enterprise.
Prioritizing work according to business objectives and strategy. Be able to manage conflicting needs to insure the optimal set of solutions are delivered.
Ensure solutions are scalable, repeatable and that end-to-end thinking is employed, while meeting the expectations of the Consumer Tax Group and the Enterprise.
Mentor other members of the Business Intelligence Team.
Applies excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills both in one-on-one situations with all levels of personnel, and in facilitating group meetings and keeping them on track.
Communicates effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Understands concepts at lower levels of detail and communicates salient points at appropriate levels of abstraction to multiple audiences that then need to interact with.
-Strong background in Data Mart development / Data Warehouse methodologies .
-Demonstrated ability to write and analyze complex Oracle PL/SQL queries.
