We are looking for a full-time contract Software/Web Developer. Knowledge of MSXML and T-SQL is required. We use MS SQL 2005 database and use a combination of VBScript, MSXML, ASP, VB.NET and ASP.NET. Below is a list of the Essential Duties and Responsibilities from the job description.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine programming assignments requiring knowledge of established programming procedures and data processing requirements.

2. Develop and maintain internal controls and cost management systems.

3. Write new program code using prescribed specifications

4. Attends related managed care MIS meetings both within the company and affiliated agencies.

5. Knowledge of computer flow charts and of programming logic and codes.

6. Test and develop modifications and writes operational instructions.

7. Standardize on common information systems and infrastructure across the organization.

8. Maintain currency of knowledge with respect to relevant state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and/or systems.

9. Manage information technology operations, architecture and development.
